Patchen Wilkes Townhomes started in 2016, and today there are a total of 54 Townhomes that are contained within Four Phases of a postcard like environment.

 

Our community is a green oasis, in close proximity to downtown Lexington and retail shopping, yet provides a relaxing, private, natural environment, which includes local flora and fauna, and a 7-acre lake often visited by migrating waterfowl and other birds.

We pride ourselves for our beautiful setting, friendly neighbors, and fun social get-togethers that help us to enjoy different celebrations in our community life.
